Taking a US-only outbound team into eleven countries

The situation
Connect rates outside the US were poor, largely because every call arrived from an American number.
Each target market had its own rules on calling hours, consent and number presentation, none of which the existing single-region setup encoded.
The team wanted one platform and one set of reports, not eleven regional silos.
What I did
- 01
Procured local presence numbers per market and mapped them to campaigns by lead geography.
- 02
Built carrier routing that selects a route per destination on cost and answer-seizure ratio, with automatic failover.
- 03
Encoded per-country calling windows and consent requirements into the dial plan so compliance is structural rather than procedural.
- 04
Unified reporting across regions so pipeline is comparable in one dashboard.
